1. SERVICES

We provide business automation and communication services including AI receptionist, missed call recovery, and lead management solutions.

2. USER OBLIGATIONS

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use our services lawfully and ethically
• Not misuse or attempt to disrupt our services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. PAYMENT TERMS

Services are billed monthly or as otherwise agreed. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment.

4. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of these terms.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our services are provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

6. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
